Do you ship internationally?

GALLERY offers shipping services within Thailand and internationally. We ensure safe and reliable delivery of your packages to their destination, whether it's a local or an international address.

How can I cancel/modify my order?

Please let us know via email or Instagram inbox if you need to make any changes to your order or shipping address before it ships, as it is not possible to make changes after it has been shipped.

How do I track my order and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email notification containing a tracking link to help you monitor the delivery of your package.

The order shipment sequence is as follows: Order placed -> Shipment processing -> Order shipped to the distribution center in Thailand -> Arrival in your country -> Delivery completed.

The order shipment process takes approximately 4-7 days for orders within Thailand and 7-14 days for international orders.

In case you do not receive the tracking link within 7 days of placing your order, please let us know so that we can assist you. Please note that the tracking link provided will become active once the local shipping company receives the parcel.

How much is the shipping fee?

The shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the products and their destination and will be displayed at checkout.

What do I need to know about the customs policies?

Shipping delays may occur due to customs clearance policies in certain countries. While GALLERY strives for prompt shipping, customers may need to directly contact the customs office in some instances to receive their items. For additional information, please reach out to your local customs office.
